Friday Party. Putting aside the fact that the door guy is constantly hassling everyone on thier way in and giving them a bad attitude (I guess when you sit in your mother's basement all day everyday, there's a lot to let out at week's end), crowd is pretty good inside, large space, slow bartenders.

The margaritas and martini's are very good. It's not true Mexican as it has an American flair. On the lower level there is a dance floor and the amenities of a full-service bathroom attendant and personal beauty products. It's good for groups and dinner for couples. The Mexican-American food is better quality than others.

Headed out for the Tuesday Lady's Night. First of all...the place is beautiful. Outside, inside, couches, decor, lighting, bathrooms, staircases, just absolutely everything is pretty. I love the spread both downstairs and upstairs. There are 2 bars, one downstairs and one upstairs. The bartenders here were just okay last night. Service was passable, but the drinks were fairly strong and service from everyone else was great. The bouncers, security and wait staff were so nice, it was almost ridiculous. My friend and I got there early so no cover! That seems to happen to me alot, but we kiddies who go to LA from afar always overshoot how long it takes to get to 'the city' when there's no traffic. But it was pretty empty until around 11pm when the upstairs dance floor started getting crowded. Before the club got busy we just hung out in the booths and leather love seats upstairs, and it was really nice to just laze around and talk, and nobody really bothered us. I have to admit, some of the music was very KIIS FM--5 months ago... but I loved it! And had a blast dancing! Even though 3 different drunkies spilled there drink all over the floor in the process of 'dancing'. I did kind of trip out watching the DJ suspended over the front entrance. The people in general were fun (big ups to the boy who totally let me steal his glass of champagne), and I so agree with Julie E., people watching is very entertaining here! I don't know if I'd eat here, I didn't even look at a menu, but I will definitely come back here another night! -------update!---------------- I've been back to Eleven a couple of times now, and I still highly recommend it. What I didn't know was that they are a fairly newer club/lounge in the WeHo scene, and well, they are trying hard to make themselves a great bar. You can totally tell too! Everytime I go back, they are doing something fun and interesting to make sure that people have a good time. Once again, I have no idea about the status of their restaurant. I haven't eaten there!
