by Lucrecia Klumpp on People should make this a staple in their regular bar scene ventures. Its not as insane as somewhere like Laurel Tavern which may or may not be a GREAT thing. This place is stunning. Giant TVs. Lots of Space. Variety of Food. Great Specials (happy hour). I thought everyone was extremely friendly, good, quick, service. This is the place if you want a beer (which there didn't appear to be a HUGE selection) and relax. Watch a game - there are so many exquisite tv's here - bring your friends - enjoy. I plan on visiting more often.
by Estella Tennant on I went here over a month ago, and meant to write a review at the time. Art Hayakawa has had stints at most of the sushi restaurants in Atlanta. And, he's picked up some great habits along the way. The nigiri is pitch perfect. Rice is well seasoned, and the fish is fresh. The availability of ingredients is top notch. From Red Snapper to Moonkfish Liver -- they had everything we asked for. The style is more traditional japanese than what you normally come across inside the city. And that's a good thing. As far as the chef's choice menu (omakase) -- he's as good at putting together a series of compelling courses as you can find in Atlanta. Price wise -- it's a good deal for what you get. My only wish is that he was in midtown, so we wouldn't have to drive so far to visit.
by Monty M. on Trendy, modern, elegant, posh, the low lightening is perfect for the face lift crowd and their plastic surgeons. The bathrooms are actually the best rooms in the house; you'll be wanting something like this in your own home. The drinks can be expensive, but what isn't in West Hollywood besides a few masseurs. One bartender didn't seem to know a Chenin Blanc from a Chardonnay, but at $10 a glass, who can complain...
