Ughh...I'm just too old to be going to these bars/clubs anymore.  I had a group of 30 people who tried to get in and we were on the guestlist, but we didn't make it by 11pm.  The club wanted us to pay $10 each.  Then my hustlin mode kicked in and I was not going to let us pay $300 to get into this crappy club (my friend chose this place, not me).  So my friends and I got the bouncer's attention and we were hustlin to get in.  Finally, after long negotiations we were able to pay $5 per person and they threw in a bottle of bubbly. Once we're in, it's a breeze of hot air.  It was like a suana in there.  The music was not bad, so I had fun dancing.  But other than that, the place is small and I'm breathing in other people's sweat. I guess many people like to celebrate their birthdays there, because the DJ kept making birthday shout outs for 21 and 22 year olds.  I'm thinking...damn, I'm too old for this.

Strange that it was only a quarter full on a Thursday night  for a new place.  Lotta dudes. I'm talking about 75% dudes.  So, if your looking for that, you will be in heaven. DJ was playing house music that no one was grooving to. Really killed the mood/vibe. Drinks are pricey, not outrageous but certainly not cheap. So what are the pros? 1. Very attractive female bartenders. I mean real attractive. 2. They serve Malbec on the wine list. 3. Big wine pours. I'm thinking my wine glass was 3/4 full when it was served. 4. Nice decor. Cons: 1. I hate to compare places but it was very similar to Swig. 2. A bit pricey. Not my scene but it might be yours. You'll know in about 1 minute of being here.

my friends and i walked through five miles of serious ghetto to get here (...i don't think we took the quick route) and it was well worth it.  we got a whole bunch of appetizers for cheap, and they were all delicious. my friends got the whiskey doughnuts, which were huge and like $2 for 2. also, because they didn't have the beer my friend wanted available right away, they gave him a glass free later.
