by Delena Dengler on I went for lunch and really loved it! We sat upstairs in the swingy cage chairs, so that made the experience all the more enjoyable. The whole place feels like a retro diner, with a little more flair and a unique spin on diner foods, so if you're into that type of stuff, try Continental out. My friend had the short rib sandwich which she swears by, and I had the chicken sandwich with braised greens and aged provolone, which while it wasn't the best chicken sandwich I've had, was definitely very good because of the greens. They were excellent. She had the side salad which she said was mediocre, and I had the fries which were just, you know, fries. Overall, a pretty good lunch, but nothing spectacular; it's great for a light fare if you just so happen to be in the area.

Well i went to Ella two Fridays ago with my girlfriend and her friends, and i gotta admit i thought the place was alot of fun actually. it was busy as can be which isn't a bad thing, except it takes a little longer to get your drink that's all. we all then went downstairs because that's where i was told the dance party happens. we get down there and hands are in the air and everyone was dancing up a storm. The DJ was amazing he had us all there till 330 dancing and drinking. so no complaints about Ella from me.
