by Buford Iguina on I hadn't been here in years but went the other night to check out The Octopus Project. I had forgotten how ornate it was. The sound was good, every employee I came into contact with was cool and it was well air-conditioned so I didn't have to deal with anyone's funk. Crappy neighborhood but great venue so I'll be back.
by Eve C. on It is a good go-to place where you can dance and drink. There isn't a cover which is nice and the drinks are relatively good. Don't get the raspberry kamikaze, it tasted like ny-quil. The champagne drinks are always yummy. There are usually seats available and there are more seats downstairs. Downstairs is the dance floor and it is a sweat box. It's still fun though. The guys here are complete creepers so that is always a plus. It's a good place to end the night.
by Anthony Keesee on I wonder what took me so long to come here. . . but I liked it! good music. lots of odd space. good music and we hoo-rided the reserved tables, and as long as we ordered from the cocktail waitress it was all good, it was a slow night anyways! i'd come back here again because I really loved the music here!! but $10 cover. why do we have to pay cover when we go drinking?
