I like that it looks like an old school diner on the outside but the inside has been remodeled but this is probably a good thing. The food was okay, what you would expect from a diner. I like it better than Waffle House, don't know if that is a compliment or not LOL
by Arminda Nidiffer on Either I'm getting jaded, or everyone else is getting uglier. Or maybe it's a little of both? Or, wait. I know. It must be the recession! Whatever it is, what used to be a poppin' scene at Edison became a "dear God why are we here?" bad on a Thursday night start to our weekend tip. Sure, the decor is pretty industrial chic, and maybe when the place is packed like sardines you don't notice how poor the layout is for mingling and scouting the eye candy. But with a half empty bar downstairs, the flow was just all wrong. And where were the pretty people?!?! What? The recession kill mascara or something? Dude, seriously, with the lapels? One star for the decor. One star for the only hot people in the place, the bartenders. Half a star for not completely ripping me off at the bar (I must be jaded, cause I consider $13 a cocktail to not be a total rip off).
