by Khai T. on Drove up here for my friend's Bday. Came after 11 so I had to pay a $20 cover. You walk straight up to the door, and it says strict dress code policy. I get told by a worker that my clothes may not work. I was wearing jeans, t-shirt, vest, and jacket. I was like ill button up my vest and it'll be cool. Later on in the night I see a tall white guy dressed like Napoleon Dynamite on the dance floor. *Shrugs*.The club was poppin' nonetheless.. The women that night were either really beautiful or as my friend puts it "Shamu." The club has two floors with different music on each floor. I thought this was cool, because it gives you options if you aren't feeling the music. The bartenders are really cool, and beautiful I might add. Overall, my experience of the place is positive, and would come back on special occasions.
by Judy Martell on SALSA away.....I love this place more than most salsa joints for various reasons.. A. more space B. two dance floors so the ameteurs can practice on the side C. I rarely get kicked by other girls cause this venue attracts people who know the ettiquete rules of salsa D. they have a KICK BUTT band. I'd go on Monday's if you're a learner, otherwise go Satruday or Sunday nights. Even if you can't dance it's fun to go and watch. They have 3 bars, two downstairs, 1 upstairs and an outside patio that's awesome during the summer. Dance away..
