I was bummed about the greasy, tasteless philly cheesesteak and my half dranken bloody stayed that way. Service was ok. We had better help from the other staff than our actual waitress. Pretty weak. Good spot for football, other sport watching, and pool. Decent ambiance. Stick to beer, when they have it on tap, unlike today. Oh, the original wings were tasty.

If I could give 0 starts I would. The staff is horrible, guest list closes at 10:30 and they dont even start letting people until 10:20 WTF. I don't mind paying cover but atleast make it worth it, DO NOT COME HERE. And the other reviews that say they make you wait outside to make the line look poppin is totally true, inside is dead and wack, and the women... lets just say everything about this place is unimpressive. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

It's the mutha flip. The mother flip. The mutha FLIPping fantastic Burger Boutique. The trendy gastrojunkfood trend is out of control... yet it's flipping awesome. Perusing the online menu, succulent thoughts of meat danced in to my head, there were many creative options that really perked up my appetite. Like Senor Bourdain, there are No Reservations, but waiting at the bar was lively but not too busy on this Monday night. A Saturday would likely overwhelm this small space. I selected the American Kobe Burger with seared foie gras paired to a foie gras milkshake. Did you know foie gras is one of the richest sources of Vitamin K2? I bet not; it's also one of the most important vitamins we don't get enough of. So take that and stuff it down a goose's esophagus because the result is a dream. Medium rare, slightly buttery and deliciously fatty the smooth meat and foie gras melded together, danced slowly, dipped the other backwards and took her home. The fries, tempura asparagus and sweet potato tater tots came out. All complained that the tiny 8-10 tater tots were disproportionate to the other sides, but the service rectified the situation. I guess we weren't the only ones to complain so maybe they'll change to 12-14. They were good though, not overwhelmingly sweet potato and fried to have a not overly thick crispness. The best decision by far was to inquire with the bar tender about a milkshake flight as we wanted to try all four. He mentioned they had discussed doing that before. We went with it and for the price of 2, we tried all 4, Krispy Kreme, Foie Gras, Pistachio with Truffle, and the table favorite, Nutella and burnt marshmallow. rateclubser Vanessa Y. (SF), Aaron M (ATL) and me (CHI) all converged on a day of whale sharks at the aquarium and this was the perfect refueling via burgers and milkshakes.
