by Krupa U. on I've been waiting such a long time to go here and the new year changed my luck! Not only did i go there, i got in free thanks to a special friend that hooked us all up and we had a spacious VIP booth all to ourselves! The laser lights, the fog, the nonstop high energy dance/trance/hip hop/house music the dj was mixing, the yummy (and pricey) drinks, and the tall ceilings, loved every bit of it. It's actually quite smaller than I expected but that's what made it feel so exclusive. I also loved the Limo tinted window-wall which really made the club feel elite. I now see why they charge a lot for cover, at least $20 if not more on weekend nights. The crowd is also around 25+ and very mature, everyone dances... no vertical sex on the dance floor, and no wenches throwing drinks at my man for no reason, which sometimes happens at other clubs.... lol The waitresses are also really nice and very attentive. Keep in mind to get here early though because by 11:30 it does fill up given that it's a smaller space. I like that V doesn't pack in the crowd n make you feel like you're in a sardine can, they allow for cozy capacity. Can't wait to go here again, I vote this probably THE BEST CLUB in metro Detroit!
by Irvin Bleeck on OK, i absolutely LOVE this spot. It's in a convenient location, has free parking, CLEAN restrooms, and very good drinks... on Fridays, all of the specialty drinks are $5 (Kat is the bartender-owner). There's also a live dj (lamarrous) who spins the best songs (and he takes requests)!!! The food is decent and moderately priced. A good time can be had for under $20... The space isn't huge, but it's not small by any means, and there's a VIP area near the stage... Great colors and furniture. It just feels good. If there were anything that could be changed or enhanced, I'd say that the food could be upgraded somewhat. While it's definitely "ok", it's not delicious... but the ambiance more than makes up for what the food may lack.
