Beware of the ladies hanging above you in nets - they whip the occasional unsuspecting drunkie. Scared the bejeezus out of me. Also beware if you're ugly you won't get in.
by Brant Larmore on If only the TRUE experience of this lounge equalled the hype boasted on their website, I would've liked it more... but such is life. The food that I tasted was kewl. Not great, but ok... The "ambiance" was just too much for me. I hate when restaurants "try" to be trendy... and fall short... There was something about all of the lighting/ fishtank/ moving images on the walls/LOUD music, and did I say TERRIBLE color choices for lighting??? it overwhelmed my senses and I felt anything BUT Luckie... HOWEVER, the event that I attended was actually very well presented, so all of the hoopla of the "lounge" eventually lessened... or perhaps my sensors just blocked out everything.... This isn't a place that I would list in my Top 10, but it's not the worse by any stretch... and the restrooms were well-designed and clean at a level of 8 on a scale from 1-10... oh, I didn't have a cocktail, but my friends said that the LIT was a hit...
