by hen a. on soma bar and no cover...not large, but efficent use of open space...seating along walls and standing bar opposite...easy weekend seating before ten pm...patrons full by eleven...efficient bar...serving up drinks fairly fast...good belgium brew on tap...only warning being higher alcohol content....dj spinning good beats....lounging and talking before twelve...shift to dancing after midnight 'til closing..
by Lino Seely on After a great meal at Japonica, we wanted to do something semi-active--haha. This place has a very new and cool feel. It's really, really expensive, but it's to be expected for the area it's in. The bar area had a good amount of seating and the service at the was good, but at the lanes it was spotty. Plus the waitress over there tried to rip my friend off "umm oh I totally forgot about your change" Then up at the register--"hey, did you pay for that drink?" Are you serious?! Overall it's ok place.
