by Lilly L. on This place pretty much have enough reviews to keep people going for a long time. Let me throw in my 2 cents. We love to explore the items on the daily menu, had their uni bowl for $20 bucks, rice with lots of uni on top. According to Art, it is suppose to cost a lot more. Recently I haven't seen it on there. My main advice is simply to ask what to eat on the daily menu, if you aren't interested then get the omakase sashimi. Or get a Chirashi if you got a couple of plates form the daily menu. Don't waste your time on rolls, although they are very well-made. I'm sure they taste great, but if you handle the sashimi, get it!
by Isadora Farish on Ugh...me no likey. The place (bar area) actually smelled like vomit! It was awful. You know the smell of old, stale beer thats been spilled on the floor time and time again and never properly cleaned up? I did not eat here. I came last nite (thurs) for a friend that was promoting the place. So my review is not for the food. Not saying I would never eat here, I would. I will NEVER come again for drinks and "hang out" or dance and have a good time. Very lame decor and atmosphere for that type of gathering. It reminded of the cheesy 80's set for...maybe, a golden girls retirement lounge...stale and wayyyy outdated. I assume their happy hour and weekend turnouts are the same... I was NOT impressed and wanted to leave right when I got there. Oh and I paid $7.95 for a Vodka-Tonic. WTF.....You charged me $8 for a shot (essentially what it is) of HOUSE Vodka?!?...with a splash of Tonic? Absolutely never again.
