Shout is like a friend with a great apartment in an even better location. One whose acquaintances, yourself included, gravitate towards her every other weekend or so because of this fact. But nothing more. You tell people, "let's go to shout's place, you'll love her." Knowing full well what an empty shell of a personality she has. Torn in identity between a nightclub a bar and a dimly lit dining room, the sparse atmosphere falls flat. The food didn't necessarily impress nor disappoint.

When salsa dancing in the city, this is definately my favorite. This place has a large dance floor, 4 bars (that Ive seen) and the crowd is always amazing even on weekdays. I personally prefer going on Thursday nights where I see the better dancers and there isnt so much of a "clubbing type" crowd. Im more into dancing so I like to hit the floor and have plenty of space when I burn it up! lol. For me sometimes the band isnt all that especially in comparison to Down Low in Berkeley on Wednesday nights, but its still entertaining. Dont let me think about the drinks! I dont think Ive ever had a drink from Cocomo that didnt have me on my ass for the rest of the night! lol. They definately know how to whip up a crowd!
