I been there once and found the place to be a crappy hole. The bouncers in this place are horrible and if they don't like you they will provoke you to fight them. No I did not get into any altercation with any of them but I did see it happen with another patron - completely unprovoked. When you attack patrons - someone needs to answer to that. STAY AWAY.

You allow people to get drunk but a tripod on the museum floor would be a tripping hazard? Uhhhhhhhhh I don't follow your logic at all. I don't get the DJ stuff too, like am I suppose to dance or not? Won't I knock over something if I do a little dance? Make a little love? Get down tonight? And the place was packed. There was a ton of people everywhere. I don't know about the new design. I remember back in the day, the tidepool was full of starfish that you could just grab. Now they have people monitoring it and the stuff in a tank. And what happened to the 360 aquarium where the fish would just swim in a circle? Dang, thos were the days. I don't know, I personally had a identity crisis as to whether I was at a club or museum. I didn't know if I was suppose to checking out exhibits or all the people dressed in clubbin clothes. o-O

Such a pretty hotel. Great high ceilings, real old hollywood charm with a modern face lift. I was here for a Flaunt Magazine party and they had pass arounds... i reccomend the crab cakes, little too much breading, but real crab. We also had free booze which always makes a place better. I reccomend parking across the street if you can't find street parking... it's $12 max instead of $23.
