so I purchased a http://homerun.comdeal for Manor West last week which was $30 for 4 entrances and 4 drinks to manor west. However had a horrible experience trying to use it.  I emailed them to inform them that I would be going on Friday night to redeem the offer and received two email responses one from Arash and one from Matt saying my name would be on a VIP list and to bring the printed offer. They both said that I would be given the 4 drink tickets at the door. I got there and asked the bouncers which line I should be in and explained that I was supposed to be on a VIP list and have comped entrance and was told very rudely that they had no idea what I was talking about and I should get into the guest list line.  We waited about 20 minutes in the guest list line to have the hostess tell us that we weren't on any list and that she had no idea what we were talking about and needed to pay cover. I showed her the emails they sent me and she gave me 4 admission tickets. When I asked about the drink tickets she said that they didn't have any nor did they know what I was talking about. I  asked to talk to Matt or Arash and was told they were somewhere inside and I could go in and try finding them myself (as if i knew what they looked like). I was told I couldn't stand outside and needed to go in.  I asked two other people where I could find Arash and/or Matt were and explained the situation.  The response I got from all of them was I have no idea what you are talking about it but i'm busy so you need to go somewhere else. I was at manor west for the B.O.B. show and see Cherylynn N.'s first review about that night. It was horrible, but i figured i would give this place a second chance. This was absolutely horrible customer service, and not any way to get any repeat business. Maybe they are having deals on homerun because they can't get any repeat business due to their very rude and unprofessional staff. DO NOT GO HERE

I went here on a Saturday night with a big group for a friend's birthday.  The room we were in was huge - it must have had 3 long couches and twice that much empty space in front where people could dance or gesticulate wildly.  There were 2 LCD screens on the front and back of the room if you want to put on a performance, using the back wall LCD as a teleprompter. Feel is relatively clean, and the couches were semi-extravagant.  For presentation, this place gets high marks.  The sound system is loud, but there were times when the music would drown out your voice.  The price was extremely affordable.  Our group of 12 stayed 3-4 hours, downed about 7 bottles of soju and some bottles of orange juice, and the damage was $23 + tip per person. The only thing I wasn't feeling about Feel was the songs itself.  There was nothing 'new' here.  You'll be hard-pressed to find anything that was on the radio last year in the song book.  The selection of English songs is very limited, and they're sorted by title in the songbook, which is annoying... especially if you've been drinking and the ol' noggin isn't running at optimal capacity.  You can search by artist using the karaoke machine, but if you do, then nobody else can sing while you're browsing.  My friend and I were always remembering specific songs we wanted to sing, then being disappointed to find they weren't available.  How does this place not have Love Shack?  That should be a karaoke misdemeanor.  No Snoop Dogg either, so not the most LBC-friendly joint out there.  If it had a better English song selection, this would be my go-to karaoke spot.

if you wanna watch some sports and have variety of beers, definitley check this place out. seating was totally comfy, food was not very good, but average i guess for a sports bar. we were there for the UT game and to drink so we didn't really care about the bad food but we had a blast. check it out.
