by Natalie G. on This hotel is really luxurious, but I just could not get over the shower. It's been weeks since I stayed there and the idea of the shower still makes me livid. Whose idea was it to install an open shower, with no door and with all see-through walls, and to top it off, bad water pressure? I'm a firm believer that when I pay to stay in a nice hotel, I am also paying for water pressure. The showers I took at this W were some of the coldest and worst of my life. Even when I turned the water temperature and room temperature up as much as I could, I would still be FREEZING while I was showering and when I came out of the shower. So there it is. I can't even comment on anything else about this hotel because I was so infuriated about the showers. I don't mind the darkness of the rooms, and I LOVE the beds at Ws, but that SHOWER. I seriously will never stop talking about it.
by Shanti Preslipsky on Expensive! four people could chip in a buy a Wii and spend less. drinks are terrible. Small plastic cups (even at the bar)... Service is friendly but unorganized. We had to make separate transactions for the lane, shoes and drinks. I wouldn't go back again
