Friday Oct 23rd I was with a female friend who wanted to go to Greenhouse...I've never been there but when I mentioned that I was planning on going there to a few of my friends that are "in the know" more than one quickly responded: "That place is LAME", "Why go there?!?!?  I work in the Industry  and I know alot of people. Before I begin my review of this place I'd like to catch the reader up on my personality type. I'm gifted with social skills! I am complimented on my looks, and my smile...I have a great Physique, Pride myself on being a gentleman in an old world sort of way and have absolutley no problem meeting women, When I go out I'm either with one male friend or a couple of female freinds. I can go to a KY Klux Klan rally, strike up a conversation with a Klansman and find some common ground! (I'm clearly not a disgruntled guy that has problems getting into the clubs) So with that said: read on I got to the door about 3:15 am. My friend asked the goon at the velvet rope for the doorperson..I forgot his name....Begins with an "R" The doorman literally screams "I can't help you" ":Are you getting a table?!" Right away I was offended: The way he yelled at her!! You're talking to a classy women in her early 30's clearly sober and not obnoxious at all! The door guy came out, brought us inside past security into the space. I happen to enjoy House/Afro Beat Music and the DJ was good, My friend did not want to sit at a table so we were escorted to the Bar where she bought a bottle of Perrier Jouet! (Don't Ask the price) Shout out to the Coolest Bartender my man Blaze! (Used to work @ Home Nightclub) I was introduced to John one of the managers...Really professional and level headed guy. I then met an arrogant wobbly Italian guy with Salt and Pepper hair , more slimey tentacles than an octopus, who was literally sexually harassing the cocktail waitresses in front of me and my guest, he claimed to be one of the owners- Refused to Shake my hand, (No problem still) He immediately starts rambling about how Greenhouse is getting sued for alleged Racism: NO SHIT!? Not to get into name calling but this guy was the bottom of the barrel when it comes to humanity. My Friend was signing for a second bottle of Champagne when this looser insulted me: " Oh look at this, SHE'S PAYING for everything" People don't go out to be insulted: I give this place another 6 months and they will be BEGGING people to come in: It's inevitable! Then they will seek the Urban promoters once the Non Black promoters find a newer hotter venue. I haven't felt so uncomfortable in a nightclub in years! Save face and Money by not going here. Thumbs down to Green House! Your Old World racism is WAAAY too tired. and you're Lucky I don't write about the other things I saw going on inside after 4am...But that's not my style. It's just like any other club that has come and gone: the waiting online is all HYPE, Once you get inside you will be disappointed. They are looking for a quick buck lacking customer service The only service they care about is Bottle service....So so LAME

I am giving this place 4 stars because the night when i got there Daft Punk was the DJ and it was crazy!!..the place was packed, and the music was amazing. It's a small club and my friend's have been here even when there was no great DJ playing and they still had fun :)..I did the dance the night off!!it was a great night, and i am sure this place is worth visiting a couple of times. I had a great time last night at Little Temple.  There's lots of seating everywhere, including one awesome booth filled with pillows; good lighting; two bars; friendly bartenders; incense to set the mood; and a really diverse crowd.  The drinks were good and the music was even better.  It was Root Down Thursday and the DJs spin an eclectic mix of stuff.  Plus they   have  live music too: Buff 1 preformed and brought the house down.  Check him out.  Oh, and there was a lady selling bacon wrapped hot dogs outside too! --- Take the Red Line to Vermont/Santa Monica or the MTA #26, 754, or 204.
