by Natacha Heilman on The "steak fries" main dish is incredible- just order it. I still think about that plate often, and I am a man who loves his steaks. The ambiance matches the quality of the food. Even though it was packed during our meal, it didn't feel like that after we sat down. The lights that hang from the ceiling create a great effect that help distinguish One Midtown Kitchen from other restaurants. Having said that, you can certainly tell it's owned by the same people as Two Urban Licks because of how much thought and money went into the design. Picking my favorite between the two would be extremely difficult and each one has earned my business for another dinner.
