by Todd A. on Ate there this past week but it was a catering deal. I think all the meats are the same but wow it was pretty damn good. I loved the ribs and the cole slaw and potatoes were good too though I tried to stay away from them so i could get more of the pork ribs. They make thier own sauces and though the one I tried said habanero it was not too hot at all and a bit sweet. Very good place.
by Eddie C. on If it wasn't for a location that makes available street parking a myth like dry land was in Waterworld, this place would probably do better. It's a chill, if not little cold (vibewise, not temp), lounge in Hollywood. That used to be Red Buddha Lounge. That used to be Goldfingers. It's now Play- dark, bluishly-lit, well-tended, and was pretty empty the past few times I went there- probably more a function of it's camoflaged location than any specific knocks against it. Bartenders were friendly, if not a little distracted by the two other people who were there (ahh, sarcasm- how '90s), and drinks decent. Jury's still out kids.
by Niesha Pachucki on I have eaten here a few times and the food is always pretty good. Not like oh my gosh this is the most delicious thing ever, but it's good. They have your average chinese food items on the menu. I've never had a scorpion bowl here but I've watched others get it, and they seem to enjoy it.
