I'm not typically a seeker of chains but when it's good it's good. I admit I was lured in by a gift card but I would go back. I would not try to go during a high traffic time like a weekend night because this place gets packed. We went during the week and our service was BEYOND great. Well, they gave our food to the wrong table, but we didn't even know. They could have just made us wait with no explanation, but instead they sent the manager out to apologize. He was so sincere and worried, we were sort of confused because like I mentioned we hadn't been waiting long and didn't even know there WAS an issue. We were too busy munching on calamari. Then the chef came out to say the food was on it's way ASAP. Then our server came to apologize, THEN the food runner came to apologize. It was quite an impressive parade for a table that had not expressed any concern. THAT is proactive service. Keep it up! Our food came out in what seemed like a normal waiting time and was great. The portions are huge. I had the seafood cannelloni. It was good but really rich, too rich ( I know, I didn't know that was an option but it is) The shrimp and crab pasta was really good and the butter sauce tasted rather light. We were offered free dessert and opted for the cheesecake. It was REALLY good but I think I only met one cheesecake I didn't like, and let's face it I ate it anyway. This one was very smooth and not too dense or dry. They also have some really nice banquet space and would be great for a big group.

This was the one and only Korean club that I went to in NYC, and I thought it was pretty damn fun! I know other rateclubsers say it's crowded, but isn't that what a club is? Crowded bunch of drunk people? If it's not crowded enough, then people say it's wack. If it's too crowded, it's wack too? I think not. When I went, there was no line, and I didn't have to pay cover. The only gripe I had was that drinks were expensive, but isn't that normal for a NYC club? I think this place is a great place to go, if you're Korean. I don't know that non-Koreans would appreciate the type of club this is, since this is a typical Korean-American club- the drama, the meat market atmosphere, and vast amounts of shot taking. I had tons of fun.
