I was so excited about this grand opening especially the fact that Bobby Flay will be there the whole day. The hour + wait was more than worth it. I had the Crunchburger and the Napa Valley Burger. I have to lean toward the Napa Valley more so. Both were cooked to medium so you definitely see some pink in the middle. This made the burger very juicy and delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive. I however would NOT order the margarita. It did not taste good at all to the point where I was not able to finish. Next time I have to try the shakes.

I miss the old tongue and groove, but the new location definitely has it's perks over the old spot. Great parking, more room, better restrooms, usable bar space, more room, nicer VIP booths, larger dance area and more room. Did I mention more room? We swung in last night for a friends birthday and were lucky enough to have a VIP table and a few bottles of champagne waiting. The bar is well thought out and the round design keeps traffic jams and long drink lines to a minimum. The new place also boasts 2 different rooms with 2 different DJ's spinning much like the old spot. The staff was super friendly and I saw a lot of the same faces I'd seen years back at the old location. It still sucks that smoking is allowed inside the new location. Nothing says I had a great night like some second hand cancer, and the smell of 10,000 Camel cigarettes in your hair.
