Here's what Guys & Dolls is perfect for: - If you just turned 21 and want to feel "wild" by letting creepy older men devour you with their eyes and attempt to roofie your drink. - If you are fostering a mid-life crisis. - If you are on ecstacy and need to be in an overly crowded space with mind-numbing trance music. - If you want to know what it's like to be Euro-trash. Enough said! I endured 2 hours here only because some out-of-town friends ended up there, not knowing any better. The crowd is an "eclectic" mix of newly-legal kids and over-the-hill creepers. The music is terrible, unless you are any of the above... I am still waiting to find a dance spot in LA that is FUN, instead of some "too cool to dance" / "see and be seen" crowd. And please...the firecrackers in the bottles thing? Ugh.

Our first time going here we did the swinging chairs..lets just say we didn't do them again...I got the lobster mac and cheese omg was it good..The "mac" part was actually orzo and it came topped with yummy bread crumbs..soooooo good. My mate got the calamari salad..He said it was good just wished that the calamari was crispier. Our second time here I had an egg fritatta (a classic of there's) and he had the grilled chicken sandwhich..HIS sandwhich was so good..I was disaapointed with my fritatta..as a matter of fact its still in my fridge. Overall an enjoyable but slightly pricey experience.

Terrible! The place is for people who think they're cool and don't realize even that they're not. I went on a Weds night, supposedly the best night. The Good: View of the city The Bad: 1) First of all, you wait in a slow line to go up the elevator (this is a hotel) 2) Crowd is very fake and is White, Indian, Asian and some Black Folks 3) The DJ was terrible. He must have been the hotel DJ cuz no real club would ever hire his ass. He played music that did not flow togther and there were silences as he changed records. I could do better with a tape deck. His music ranged from 70's to Top 40. 4) The people there really thought they were hot shit...but they really were just fake and corny and DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE IT. :) They were the kinda folks that need to hear the following: "Stop trying so hard to be cool. Just be yourself cuz right now you just look like a jackass." 5) Drinks were expensive and the wait at the bar was too long (cuz its too crowded)
