by Sean-Paul G. on I've been coming to the Cafe for years, even before its revamp. It's a good place to go. Cover is decent. Drinks aren't over-priced. The music is pretty good and the bartenders always have a smile on their face. Always a plus! I like the revamp...its spacious...the smoking area is pretty big (for those who want to get some kinda-fresh air. Always a good spot to stop by if you're in the Castro.
by Marica Sindlinger on Nice to see it back after the fire. The staff is cute and the dancers are too. I like the low riding pants that all the staff wears to show just enough of their backside. Cute concept. Some of the cocktails servers have more tacky attitude than they know how to deal with. Boys, don't toss out flip comments that your limited years of experience can't support. The decor is upscale and so are the prices. The place to be seen in the mid hours of the evening.
by Jovita Mulkin on - Friendly security guards and staff! Know what starts off a good night? When you reach the front of the line and your bouncer is super friendly! The two times that I've been here, I've been greeted by this big black guy whos just so damn funny! Then you walk inside to get your wrist band and this cool dude with an afro greets you. I love it. The music is great House music and its not that crowded on good nights so theres a lot of room to dance. With the wristband, you can walk in and out as you please so theres no hassle. I look forward to coming back :D
