by M T. on I spent my birthday at Yoshi's this June. It was my first time going, and all of us would easily give the service and food 5 stars! We ate at the restaurant, not at the auditorium. Menu choices are different there. We also caught the show (Alex Cuba), despite the fact that is was a Sunday night. Alex Cuba was fantastic, but I couldn't help feeling the venue was a little stuffy... or maybe the people there. There was one group who was really getting into the music, but apart from them and the table of over-the-hill wannabe hotties next to us, the was not much action. I would have loved to have gotten up and danced, but something was lacking... All in all, it was a great birthday celebration, though. The cardamom doughnuts are NOT TO BE MISSED!!!!!
by Charlie Defouw on Welllllll. Given there's a lot of people who are probably complaining about how pretentious it is here. Let's face it guys it's Hollywood we know what it's going to be like. This is honestly one of the most well done clubs in Hollywood though I mean if you step back and look at it, it's pretty spectacular...I also smiled at John Meyer dancing drunkenly at a table and was happy to get a smile back ;) It's a good time, you know theres creepy cokeheads its Hollywood. But very well done. Good time.
by Jeremiah Solorzano on Expensive and exclusive but DELICIOUS and very sexy. We came here for my sister's husband's sister's (got that?) bachelorette party and it was a wonderful experience. Of course, someone knew someone but we had three courses from a blue cheese salad, to filet mignon to decadent chocolate molten cake. Originally our menu was not the filet mignon but a skirt steak. Well the waiter and kitchen f'd up and we ended up eating like queens, for no additional charge! SCORE.
