I came here a while ago with one of my gay friends to enjoy some fun dance times & techno sounds. The place is pretty spacious for it being packed all the time & the bartenders make a really stiff apple martini. They also have male go go dancers which are pretty entertaining to look at. I mean this place brings up my self esteem from every corner of the room " Girl that shirt is so hot I love it" " I love your makeup " "Omg you are so cute, love your outfit" "You're so hot you broke my laptop" "Fierce" hell yes I would just go back to Micky's for a confidence booster for sure...everyone is always so cool & nice here good times good times
by William Byse on Trudy's is a true Austin gem for Tex-Mex. There menu is amazing with lots of great choices to choice from, you can never go wrong. Conventionally located by the UT campus, this location is always packed. That said, sometimes it is hard to find parking, but hey that's life. A must for every visit is there MEXICAN MARTINI's , which is awesome. The maximum you can have is two. A fun game to play is to try to hit up all the Trudy's and get you max. Very hard to do!
by Mark D. on It wasn't bad. It wasn't good, but it wasn't bad. But don't take my word for it. I like a lot of food, and after ordering again and again and again and emptying my wallet, I was still hungry. It was a cool place, though.
