by Drew Alcalde on Took my boyfriend here for his birthday and he loved it. The drinks were good and food was great the atmosphere was chic and fun. Its a good place to go for cocktails and appetizers although its gets crowded often, I would suggest reservation if you are going for dinner otherwise you can have up to 2 hours wait, we were speaking to one couple without reservations who were complaining about it. Otherwise, everything was pretty darn good, service and prices included.

They have a great wine list, which includes a variety of vintages and varietals (many I do not know anythign about), but the staff is exceptionally informative and helpful when selecting something I will really enjoy. Top Flr is often very busy and though guests may sometimes have to be patient, it is ONLY because the staff is trying to satisfy so many guests all at once. When you interact with them you quickly realize that they are extremely competent servers that care very much about the service they provide. Another key aspect to their success - their menu is FANTASTIC. They provide unique combinations that result in unexpectedly amazing food. Not only that but so many restaurants seem to follow food trends - this place is trendy for sure but their original food stands out!!!
by Chuck Lauchaire on Wow, there seems to be a lot of discrepancies with the reviews for this place. I have been at least six times and have enjoyed the food, drinks and service every time. I suppose different days, different food, different reviews! Of course, the Guacamole en Molcajete is the best! At $12 it can be expensive, but they do use organic avocado's and very fresh ingredients that need to be restocked daily. I'm assuming this is where the price increase is deriving from. I typically order the tea, it's a flavored tea and I enjoy the little glasses and sweetner they bring along to the table. I've also ordered the pomegranate margarita once, I hate to say this but there was a bug in mine. I did send it back and the thought of a bug did throw the rest of my dinner off. The waitress did take it off the bill, because I'm one of those people who will speak to a manager if I don't like the service (yeah, go ahead get me hell for sticking up for myself, but it's my money). I highly suggest the Mole de Xico; Rosa's Mole' is just the BEST! The Platanos Fritos are always good, just like my Cuban grandmother makes them! To be honest, this is all I ever order here because it's just THAT good. I've looked over the entire menu and nothing else ever sounds appetizing. I stick to what I know tastes good; maybe that's why my review gives it more stars. I also suggest the Tres Leches de la Casa. It's very smooth and creamy! Sorry that others haven't enjoyed themselves as much as I have; this place is in my top 3 at Atlantic station!!!
