by Paul C. on As you can see from the previous reviews before me, this place is a definite-must if ur looking for a nightout in Hollywood. my homeboy was on an international call fighting w/ his gf all nightlong and I still had an AWESOME TIME here. Great venue - Outdoor and indoor. blue neon light theme, very slick and pretty. Drinks - normal hollywood prices. guys if u want a drink, just order a grey goose martini and ur good to go. ladies, i recommend a cabernet to pair w/ the chocolate strawberries at the dessert bar Crowd - Diverse friendly crowd... very... friendly. Bouncers - no trouble. cool ppl. as usual, lines get quite long around 11:30 - 12:30 essentially, it's a hard place not to have a good time. hope this helps and have a ballin time in hollywood!
by Nestor Nolder on I went to the Friday night Asian party at Hiro. I'm not a fan of Asian parties anymore, but if I had to go to one like I did on Friday, Hiro would be near the top of my list. The best thing about Hiro Ballroom is the space - look at the pics and you'll see what I mean. The DJ was very good and spun mostly hip hop. The line was long after 11pm and cover was $20 for guys. Drinks were on the pricey side - $13 for a shot of Patron. I've been to Hiro several times before, and the quality and attractiveness of the crowd on this particular night was not as good as it usually is.
