by Phoenix S. on Okay so I get there around 11 and RSVP'ed that day earlier before 4pm but when I get there they can't find me??? Also they made me pay twenty dollars because miss I'm too busy and tired of my job I had to pay money I should not have bullhit! Also you would think the guy taking my money would be nice but no he is an asshole! It seemed that everyone who worked there was an asshole except the guy selling hotdogs which is why it got the 2 stars instead of 1! Also what is the deal with the policy of "I can't get a damn glass of water after 2pm I have to buy bottled?!?! I don't support bottled water when good regular tap is cool. I have to say everyone that worked there can kiss my ass fuckin dickheads & I won't be back anytime soon. The security seemed cool tho. I enjoyed the breaking scene but it sucked that the floor is concrete.
by Rob B. on Pat's does everything slightly better, plus Pat's has history, so from a food standpoint there is no point in going here. From a principles standpoint, it gets even bleaker. The neon signs are absurd, ugly, distasteful, ruinous really. The owner, Joey Vento, is a racist arrogant prick who loves all the attention his antics bring him. And my biggest turnoff is all the police propaganda outside the store on the walls. Seriously, I'm here for food, not a diatribe on Mumia abu-Jamal. There's just too much to not like about this place.
