I had a lot of fun here for a friend's birthday dinner. We ordered a bunch of apps for the table- guacamole, fried avocado, quesadillas, etc. The guacamole was fresh and delicious, and everything else was well-made. The drinks were great--they have a huge list of flavored mojitos and margaritas to choose from. Service was attentive and handled our large group deftly. The bill was a bit steep for Mexican food, but since everything tasted good I wasn't too upset. One hiccup: when we went upstairs to go dancing, we were charged a $10 cover even though we explained we had just eaten in the restaurant. We were later given coupons to come back for free since the manager admitted the employee who charged us had made a mistake, instead of just being refunded, which was pretty lame. The dancing was a lot of fun--upstairs is reggaeton, bacchata, merengue, salsa, etc. and later we headed downstairs for some hip hop, r&b, and reggae. This is a fun night out for sure- just bring some $$!

ATMOSPHERE: Loud music and people dressed up in club attire. Diverse crowd - asian, white, black, etc - I didn't feel like there was a predominance of a particular ethnic group. Crowded but seating was able to be found. DRINKS: Good assortment of unique and strong drinks: 1. Papaya martini - very earthy flavor! This was my favorite. Had some viscosity to it and it was not very sweet (unlike most martinis) but capturing the essence of papaya. Very good! 2. Grapefruit/basil martini - recommended by a friend. A pretty good combo. Nice surprising flavor. 3. Lychee martini - very sweet.... comes with 2 lychees. Too sweet for my liking. PARKING: Valet at the hotel is $8 for up to 2 hours or $20 unlimited. (There's parking by all the clubs down the street at 14th and crescent that you can get for $5-$10 easily - unlimited) CONCLUSION: Drinks are unique, well-made, strong, and good! Definitely crave the papaya martini. Nice hang out spot.

It's like putting on your best leather and spikes and heading out for a big night on the town. A punk rock nightclub, regardless of the music that's on that night. The ATM flashes fun messages along the lines of "Crush the capitalist pigs" and "If freedom made a difference it would be illegal". And I always like venues with walkaround balconies and stages. Quite dirty. Lots of shirts come off here. People making out. Fun.
