We went here for the wife's birthday and I was a little ambivalent about it since I already knew that this was mostly something for children (in my opinion). However, the wife wanted to go see it for her birthday so off we went. It was pretty good although if you aren't able to suspend disbelief about the historical accuracy of the show, I wouldn't go. I guess what I am trying to say is, sit back and enjoy it for what it is and have a good time. They give you plenty of food although if you are a food snob, also do not go here, but I didn't go for the food and I read some other rateclubs reviews so I knew what was coming. The food consisted of a rib, some garlic bread, tomato soup, drinks, an apple tart thingy for dessert and a pretty damn big chicken ,LOL. The food wasn't bad, I ate all of it anyways. The show itself was pretty good and I think these guys/girls probably have to practice quite a lot considering how much action was involved. We had a good time and I would especially recommend this if you have young children, they would get a big kick out of this.

Medjool is a funny place...great place to people watch, I thought I was in the middle of an SNL skit. When I first walked up I was surprised at how club like the joint looked. When I walked through the huge glass doors with door guys posted out front I was surprised at how huge this space was. What a waste. We wanted to go to the sky terrace but there was this huge line for this tiny elevator. The lazy girls I was with opted not to take the stairs so we went to the second level bar which was a joke. After looking around for a seat I was informed the upstairs was for private parties...lame. The guys were skeezy and ugly made me feel so happy I wasn't single because if single life meant hanging out with jokers like the guys at Medjool I would be one depressed lassie. We finally made our way to the terrace which was beautiful but I expected so much more. I expected swank SF and this was not swanky. We grabbed a seat and then our waiter informed us they do not take credit cards upstairs. Once I heard that I was ready to leave, we were out of there in an hour or so. We didn't even get to shake our tail-feathers but on our way out I heard the music playing and I was even happier to go. I haven't eaten at Medjool but from what I hear it's just aight and for the price I'd rather starve at Cha Cha Cha's.
