I'd heard of, and seen advertisements for, Asia SF, but when my BF's 40-something mom got us dinner reservations here, I wasn't sure she knew what she was getting us into. It was a Sunday night and Ménage à Trois prix fixe dinner ($39) was on the menu. I went with the sesame tofu salad, grilled salmon, chocolate cake and would recommend any of them. Others in my group liked the tuna sashimi and filet mignon. After the starter course was three dance numbers (a Gwen Stefani medley, Christina Aguilera and Katy Perry). After dessert, there was another stage show with dances to Natalie Cole, Britney Spears, Bjork, and Ke$ha (I hate Ke$ha as a human being, but damnit, Take It Off is really catchy). The girls are great and very dedicated. One girl cut her foot and kept dancing, even though her shoe was filling with blood. I've been to my fair share of West Hollywood wet t-shirt contests, and compared to that Asia SF is moderately tame. But the highlight of my night was seeing the look on my BF's straight laced 50-year-old father's face when halfway through the meal he asked, "Aren't there supposed to be transgendered people here?" and we pointed to our waitress and the dancers. He was stunned, apparently not realizing the marvels of modern medicine, and could not believe these beautiful ladies weren't bio-femmes.

Only been there once. Décor was nice. They have good happy hour pricing and have the dodgers on the tube. I had the appetizer combo and it was pretty good. Would definately go for more.

Went to a surprise bachelorette party here on a Friday night and had a great time from the beginning to end! Started with dinner here (filet mignon with cognac pepper sauce) which for being a lounge/bar restaurant was cooked just right and delicious (though the tasty sauce left me with burps that smelled of onions and black pepper~). After dinner we went down to the bar to get a drink so that we could go to our next destination only to find out that the place was packing it in and the music started bumpin with two guest djs that were as cute as polly pocket. The crowd was filled with the tan, the buff and beautiful, the trendy, and of course all those who thought they were just simply fabulous! Great place for a bachelorette party! Drink pours are generous, people were pretty friendly (though it may have been because the bride was wearing a tiara that everyone wanted to try on), and the dance music never stopped.
