by LinLin L. on I came here on a Tuesday night to watch a live band. Jazz Mafia featureing Joe Bagale and they were supper great. The Coda advertised the show started at 9:30 but it didn't actually start till al ittle after 10:00. I had a plate of mussels, but I just came here to listen to the music. It wouldn't be fair to rate much else. But just from sitting there for 2 hours I would say, nice ambiance, nice service and I would definately go back again. Especially to see this ensemble. And the cover was cheap $7. And the band was worth so much more. I wouldn't be surprised if I see them on tv within the next 5 yrs. I think Coda use to be the old Le Vende. Try it out. Or at least try a show. It was nice.
by Jeff Quail on This place is cool. My homegirl's friends recommended this place to me. I went with my boys a while back now just to eat dinner and come to find out the basement is a nightclub (Hip Hop, Pop etc) and upstairs too (Reggaeton, Bachata, etc)! The decor was nice enough to bring a date and be romantic and the food I can't complain! It was a bit pricey but the liquor and club downstairs made me forget how much that night cost!...lol.
