by Khamlah K. on Boulevard3 is definitely a must! Although they seem to be pretty selective about their patrons, it wasn't too bad because it seemed like mostly everyone was getting in. Groups of hot girls will get in no problem. Guys, perhaps not so much. Three of my girlfriends went on a Saturday night and one of them happen to bring her boyfriend. You would think that they wouldn't trip off of ONE dude with us, right, but noooo, they didn't wanna let us in because of him. Hahaha.. But it was cool because we didn't hafta wait tooooo long in line. It was just kinda funny because we were in line and the bouncer in the front walked up and down the line asking who had guestlist. He passed by my friends and I (and we were not on GL) and asked "Party of 4?" We said "No. Five" and he said "Okay" then continued on and went to the back and brought up a group of like 6 girls. Then he came by a second time and asked us AGAIN "Four?" Again, we said "No, five." LOL. Anywho, entering the venue, my friends and I already knew we were going to have fun with the music we can hear blasting from the other room and the amazing set up of the place. It was soooo pretty. However, girls, do be careful because the ground near the entrance is not even (almost like cobblestone??), and my friends and I almost tripped. The dance room has a raised stage which they have the go-go dancers (who are amazing, btw) and performers on. Usually, I get irritated with shows because I feel like they're ruining my buzz and my dancing time. However, the performances they offer here were very entertaining! I think everyone loved it! No complaints on the music. Loved it! I loved how they had seats for people who wanted to rest their feet, not just for VIP. I didn't use the bathroom the night I went so I can't tell you about it's cleanliness or anything. Bartenders were cool. Drinks were decently priced. The crowd was a very nice mix of ethnicities. There were some pushy girls and annoying, rude guys, but there's a few of that everywhere, right? Haha. One downside was that it seemed to get very hot in there. I felt like I was melting. It was very packed but still enough room to dance, which is a plus to me! Oh gawsh... and at the end of the night, you MUST have the hot dogs they sell outside from the little vendor/kiosks because, although I was drunk, I must say they were probably the best hot dogs I've ever had. It seems big but that's just all the stuf they put on it. Four bites and that sucker was gone! Wish I had bought another one! And you should because the line for it was craaaazy! All in all, my night at Boulevard3 was very fun and I would recommend anyone to give it a shot. Four stars because I think I need to have atleast one more fun, memorable night here to give it stars. :)

Eve is like most other lounges: It's packed with thirsty people, loud music, and high voltage energy. I like that there isn't a cover and there is actually room to dance. Drink of the night: Charlotte's Web. Two thumbs up. Is the reason why I will come back for happy hour or another night for dancing. Service: I thought the bartenders were nice just busy. I waited a while for my drink but that's just what happens when you go out on a Friday night at a bumping joint. Plus the drinks you're ordering from the menu aren't straight gin + tonic drinks. They are actually speciality cocktails. They will take a while to make for the exact reason why you want them-their intricate concoctions. Decor: chic as a SF lounge should be.
by Brian Hartford on That place is just horrible! I have given it numerous chances as I usually take people that visit from out of town. No longer! Don;t believe the hype about this place I beg of you!! If only the food looked as good as the pic on the menu. If only the people behind the register actually listened to what you were ordering without talking over you to hurry and get you through the line. If the tables with not sticky with lord know what. If the burger was more than half the size of the bun! This place is gross. My own mother went back to the cashier to get her money back for some fries that were so underdone they were as white as Nicole Kidman. The best thing about this place, and the only reason they got 1 star, is the free lil hats they give out!
