District Grill Restaurant Review: Let me start off by saying that I've dined here 4 times over the past few months (always on a weekday evening, around 6:00pm-ish & there were only about 4 or 5 other tables that had other customers sitting) and EVERY time I've experienced problems... many problems in fact. . 1) WORST WAITER SERVICE EVER. You can never find the waiter & when you do, he's either busy chit-chatting with the bar staff or other bar patrons. I kind-of feel bad for saying that because he seems really nice, but he NEVER pays any attention to his customers. Even when he walks by, he doesn't even look at you. I always have to practically stand up & wave my arms in the air to get his attention. Quite a few times I actually had to get up from my table and go up to him. 2) On my last visit here, I ordered nachos for an appetizer. After LITERALLY 20 minutes of waiting, I finally was able to flag down our waiter and ask what was going on. He said he'd "check on it." A few minutes later, my nachos came out and they were COLD. So cold in fact that the cheese has hardened and turned greasy from sitting. I flagged the waiter down again and told him to take back the nachos because they were inedible. Not even a minute later, our main dishes were brought out to us. REALLY?! You were going to give us our appetizer ONE MINUTE before delivering our main dishes?! 3) Speaking of appetizers... WHY does it take over 15 minutes to get chips & guacamole?!?! Every single time I've dined here, it takes for ever to get the appetizers to come out. Now, I can maybe understand if they are complicated dishes.... but seriously, chips & guacamole should NOT take that long to come out. 4) Speaking of appetizers... AGAIN.... WHY does your appetizer ALWAYS come out like TWO minutes before your main dish?!? Horrible timing... and this always happens. 5) WHY do I have to ask repeatedly for napkins & silverware every time I'm there?!? I will *NEVER* dine at District Grill again and will recommend that friends don't either. *It's sad that I feel this way because the food really is pretty damn good!!

A good place to see bands play - the stage is a good size and the high ceilings alleviate any claustrophobic feelings. Stake out a spot on the upper balcony and you'll escape the crush of the lower floor. The bar is well-stocked, drinks are expensive and the small rest rooms can make for long lineups.
