Also what was with the two 'manager' type guys who gave us a bunch of free food in addition to what we ordered but couldn't be bothered to help the waitress!! Our table of 12 felt really bad for her. We had a big reservation so, they probably should have known that in addition to the big party they had upstairs, we were going to order a fair amount of food. by Lyda Schussler on Well, a large group of us went to watch a UFC fight. They told us that 23oz beers weren't available despite them offering them to us when we were dining in the restaurant minutes prior. They said we could only purchase the pint glasses. They charged a 20 dollar cover charge. All 20 of us left and had our cover charge refunded. They were rude and annoyed with us, took advantage of the fight venue and they had no idea how much we would have spent. We were all here for a conference and had unlimited funds which we would have used to party it up. Get over yourselves!!!! Your food quality was mediocre at best. I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich , I found the cheese and the Philly but the steak was barely present. Good job, enjoy the economy, I'll return after your mismanagement forces you to close and it's reopened under new ownership. Jillians is Dave and Busters promiscuous older sister...... Dirty girl.
