by Erik F. on I love this place. It has all of the funky decor, music, and vibe of an upscale club... but without any of the pretentiousness. Seemingly, everyone is there just to enjoy a drink and have a good time; and there's always a good mix of people there. If you're looking for something other than the same old-same old bar stool scene, check out Halo. It's a cool spot. Kind of a hidden gem in what used to be the center of "clubbing" land in midtown. I'm glad it's survived all the changes in midtown and continues to be a fun spot to hang out.
