by Marceline Alers on Great place to relax. Drink Coronas from a bucket on a rustic boat. Eat burgers, clams, fries, etc. Have a titanic moment. Explore the video-game-like rooms of the smaller boat. Bit pricey but so worth it. Gets very crowded during after-work hours. Yuppie crowd.
by Janell Weigleb on Well what can I say about this bar, on Fridays there are free oysters by some cool chic who goes by the "mother shucker" and then there is a Erica the tranny who gets people riled up for the Fernando song...yes the song is so lame but it does not matter once you have had a couple of drinks. Then later on at around 8pm there is this big guy with the headband who does the free BBQ, with some awesome wings and vegetables. The music is cool, as it is ecclectic and can run from old school hip hop to salsa to banghra etc. Great bartenders. nuff said cheap drinks.
by Liz K. on An 80's club that is authentic (music-wise) as you can get it...the Cat Club on a Thursday night. It's awesome. I love the energy, the crowd is diverse, and the music is crazy. Gothic 80's music in the back room and pop 80's in the front room. You gotta love it. I remember my clothes were literally dripping with sweat as I walked out of the club. Good times...
