by Tommy Sullen on I came here twice during my last trip to New York and hung out for a couple of hours catching up with friends. It gets 4 stars because of the 90 to 10 ratio of girls to guys. The view from the third floor of any building in New York sucks, but the view at Third Floor is still great (And the applause sign goes off for that lame joke! Just mark the funny button already!) Their soju cocktails are good but I liked their gin cocktails enough to order 5 of them.
