by Sung Goetting on "the return of the mega club dance party" or some bs is how they bill this gay saturday party at the providence hotel in midtown, club 57 aside from the bitchy door guys, or gals if im being honest/bitchy myself, this place is fun. its nice to have a huge, generally packed nighclub without having to go to chelsea or downtown to santos...the crown is always mixed, but expect to see a lot of LES wanna be hipsters from the UWS and UES that doesnt mean they are not hot though, this place is crawling with hot guys, on three levels and in many different rooms with three djs, this place will def bring you back for more
by Reuben Piserchio on its gorgeous. went to its opening party and a out of town friend stayed there, i got caught in a rain storm and the threw my clothes in the dryer!!!! so nice. its like no hotel ive ever stayed in. the decor is outstanding. the staff is super accommodating and friendly. its like they actually like their job. the artwork is breath taking. pop in and check it out. nothing like it in the city.
by Janelle J. on I went here for my bachelorette party and we had the greatest time ever. I've never been to one of these shows so I was a bit nervous what was in store for me. But...when we went inside, at the door the chicks I was there were paying and one guy grabbed me inside (I guess because I was wearing a vail and all this wedding bling stuff, lol). I was a bit scared, he put his arm around me and was like "yeah...what up baby, how you doing? blah blah blah" I of course did it back and responded with "I'm doing good baby, how you doing?" LOL....I kinda just waited inside by the door for the girls. So, once we're inside, we get this dude who is our waiter...we order drinks and get them right away. He gave my sister/maid of honor a little lap dance. So...the show starts and I am so shy so I'm just sitting there and enjoying my purple hooter drink and the naked men dancing. Then they start calling girls on the stage (one at a time). One girl would get a lap dance, then they'd do another little dance routine thing then call another girl. They were all bachelorettes. The whole time I was like "alright...they already called 4 girls, I'm sure they're done." Then they said "we have one more girl to call up..."can we get Janelle Gonzales to the stage." I was so embarrassed. BUT seriously...I got the most god damn good looking guy from The Hollywood Men. I don't remember his name but dammit he was gorgeous! Random girls were coming up to me saying "oh my god...you got the cutest guy!!!" I know I know...lol. After the show myself and all the girls in my party got a picture with all the guys. It was awesome. If you're having a girls night out, bachelorette party or birthday party...go here. It's so fun. If you think the dance moves are cheesy...it's okay, you won't notice their dancing, try to notice what's underneath. Haha. Like they say "It's viagra for women." :-)
