Welcome to Genie's, a new hookah lounge and Persian restaurant that opened on March 6th, 2011 in Newport, RI. The atmosphere is designed to be upscale, warm, and welcoming. With a relaxed environment with dim lighting, we offer free WiFi. We pride ourselves on our healthy gourmet foods and premium tobacco and teas we serve. We offer to our customers the finest ingredients to give an experience that is not only delectable but also memorable. Reservations are needed for large parties and highly recommended for parties of 4 or more after 9pm on Friday and Saturday evenings. Patrons must be 18 or older with an I.D. The hookah rental comes with the tobacco chosen, disposable hose and tips, and the hookah man will gladly give instructions to first-time users. Alcohol is not served on premises but you are welcome to bring your own for a nominal charge.
