Like woah... Why aren't there more brunches like this 'round the world? Seriously, the folks at Lime are pure geniuses! Everything the ten hundred other reviewers said were true: mimosas flowing like the salmon of Capistrano, loud dance music, cool servers like Boo Boo, a lively crowd and totally inappropriate behavior by the patrons. Our group witnessed (and timed!) a quickie-in-the making from a couple waiting for the bathroom. 10 minutes after they went in the 'loo, they came out looking satisfied and totally guilty. Where else do you see that at 2 pm on a Sunday? Please note that nothing good comes out of a brunch like this. Yes, it's awesomely fun, but getting faced like this in the middle of the day does have its consequences. No one in our group threw up in our scarves or effed a stranger in the bathroom, but we were all definitely passed out by 9 pm. 'Nuff said.

This is a case where the rumors are actually true. STK is a very swanky and cool-looking restaurant, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Seeing that I'm not a steak person (but did go with steak eaters), I got the fish of the day, which I expected to be fresh. To my disappointment, the only fresh thing about my dish were the cherry tomatoes and leeks. All of the people that were with me got steak, and none of them was impressed with the meat. The sides, I have to say, were pretty good (we got the mac and cheese and corn pudding), but these two little sides did not redeem the rest of the meal. STK a great place to get drinks, but if you want good steak, save your money and go somewhere else.
