by Glenn J. on A fun venue if you are there to dance, some pretty cute girls. The crowd was a little sparse on Friday, but that may have been due to Labor Day weekend. The crowd was also significantly goth, I felt lucky I came in a black shirt at least, people get really decked out there. Some pretty good music, and if you don't like what's going on at one floor, you can wander back to the other.
by Daisy Carback on I actually had an excellent time at Hiro, despite some of the reviews of it being lame. We got in with no problem and the music was pretty good (not amazing, but not as bad as the music at APT which we escaped only minutes before). At least we could DANCE which was the key. Coat check is $3 btw. Anyway, I didn't end up drinking anything, but I still had a good time dancing. I was a little mesmerized by the girls in the white sheets suspended from the ceiling, I'll admit that. Overall, fun time, good music, great friends and a nice time dancing. Could've had a much better time, but whatever, it was a fun night overall.
