by B T. on 6th street grossness. Once I went there and they didn't let this nicely dressed African American man in. The douche bouncer and him got in a big fight. The bouncer seriously goes on a power trip. Then my friends got in with tennis shoes without any problem. Pretty Horrible DJ. Next trip I went in the winter and was not in the mood to wear anything nice so I wore this worn down exercise nike jacket over a t shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. I got in and then they wouldn't let my bf who was really nicely dressed in. Hopefully, I will never go there again. Also, I was butt slapped when walking past the bar (don't worry the douche got slapped back). All in all, a horrible experience.
by Addie E. on I could eat the veggie combo every day; it is healthy, it is yummy. Usually at Ethiopian restaurants the meat dishes are much better than the vegetarian dishes. But at Waziema it is the other way around. Since I prefer vegetarian food this is my favorite Ethiopian place in the city. I also like the owner (she is really sweet), the ambiance, the full bar and the juke box. Sometimes they are slow getting you your check but you can just go to the front and pay. I have no problem with that. They are busy because they are tasty. I'm giving them five stars because I always leave there extremely satisfied.
