by jeff a. on 4 drinks: $48 dumplings: $12 fish: $36 chicken: $24 2 people having a great meal and then making sweet, succulent love: priceless Yes this place is expensive, but the atmosphere, food, service, and intercourse made up for it. We went friday night with a 6:30pm reservation. We were seated right away (next to the buddah). Started off with the pork pot stickers... excellent. Shared the sea bass and Kung Pao. Two excellent dishes. I've had a lot of bass in my day and this was probably top 4 (and yes it does melt in your mouth). Bottom line: Money can buy happiness. Highly recommended.
by Noella Thurstonson on Great bar with taste! The bar itself is beautiful! The decor is done fashionablly and with elegance. Great drink specials during the week and it is still not crowed during the week. It great for now as the B&T crowd hasn't found it yet. Hope it stays that way!
by Priscila Dyal on According to the san francisco department of public health, the 21 Club has no reported health violations. That is encouraging if not a little surprising. My housemate told me about this place, so we met up with some folks here before a show at the Warfield. The bartender/owner asked me right away what show I was going to see. I can usually blend in pretty well at any given dive bar, but this compact little nugget is pretty much a regulars only kind of joint. I don't find myself going to the Warfield much anymore, but this is where I will meet up from now on when I do. No draft beer that I saw, but you can smoke inside.
