by Catherine M. on I love the pizza at Red House, and if you go at happy hour you can feed yourself and a buddy for like $7. I like the wine too, and had a good margarita there yesterday. See, I tend to go to Red House on a regular basis. It's in my neighborhood. I like it aesthetically (there are little tiny deer heads mounted on one wall, and Mexican blankets and ponchos to use outside!). I like the food and drinks. The reason I'm only giving it 3 stars is the STAFF. Dang, those people think they're too cool for school. They all act as if you're putting them out by daring to want service. I mean, how silly -- a customer actually wanting to place an order?? My god. (Um...sarcasm.) I wish they would hire some friendly people. If they did that, I would give Red House an unreserved 5 stars.
