My kids and I stopped in for brunch today on our way to the Harry Ransom Center. Our brunch was pretty standard: breakfast tacos for my son, blueberry pancakes and bacon for my daughter, and migas for me. All were very tasty. What wasn't standard was what my kids and I witnessed upon our return to the car. There had been no available space in the parking lot when we arrived, so I had parked on the side of the street. We returned to the car to see a man urinating behind my car and muttering loudly. Klassy. Although a nice man standing a few cars down the street did apologize on the urinator's behalf. I say this without a trace of irony: I love the U.T. area!

Not a fan! The bar is a box, no designated dance space, bar space, seating space, just everything crammed together. Coat check is in the back in the downstaris kitchen/dishwashing area. Lines for the bathroom are hit as soon as you walk in the door. Drinks are fine, crowd was decent, good mix of people, but it has no personality and with all the places in Boston, it's just not worth it.

Went there once, had fun. The place was more nicely decorated than your average bowling joint. Expensive but a cool place to be, nonetheless.
