by Dario Bliese on First of all, let me be absolutely clear about one thing. This is NOT a "Nightclub". This is a place primarily for professionals in their 30's & 40's to have a drink, relax, and unwind after work; whether you are in the West Kendall area or heading home that way. I don't think any Blue Martini warrants a "cover charge" just to sit down and drink. For me, this is strictly a place for Happy Hour as it gets overpriced after 8pm. Don't get me wrong. The place is very nice (considering it just opened recently) and the view of the pond with its beautifully lighted bridge and huge water fountain in the middle makes for a scenic setting. Almost romantic. (Almost) The staff is friendly and attentive but when this place gets crowded then it's time to leave.
by Elbert Crumrine on one night i saw hella cute asian guys lined up. unfortunately it was str8 night. i came here when its a gay club sunday night. the music sucked. way too gay for me, like the web. its a bigger place. really happening too. its so crowded i had a hard time getting through. not fun when ure messed up.
by Gustad M. on Went here during lunch. I was not happy at all. Only good thing was the duck spring rolls. My scallion beef dish was more vegetables than beef and very sweet. The zen parfait was decent. I went with 5 coworkers (today on a Thursday)... and as soon as we sat down we began to get attitude from the waiter... he asked us what we wanted to drink... nobody spoke up and he replied with "am I speaking English? Hello??" very rude!!! Our dishes got mixed up too once we got them, but I could care less about that. I think might have been a better experience at dinner. The atmosphere is amazing though. Very cool room! Dark lit, carp in the lil water, the giant Buda.
