by Tiffany N. on The entire academy experience with fewer people, no children, dj, food, and drinks. It's great (and cheaper)! However, don't let the "nightlife" addendum make you think this is like a night at the club, but at a museum. Most people are dressed casually, and no one there is slizzard (unless you want to be memorable). I recommend you come a bit early and be there when doors open, so that when you get in, you can go straight to where they're handing out tickets to the special exhibits (e.g. the planetarium). Once you have those bad boys in your hands, see the regular exhibits.
by Benito Caughran on I remember coming to Manor West when it was still BOSS. Back then the layout made the place small, cramped and not that nice to look at. I didn't expect the name change to have that much of a difference from BOSS, but they actually did do more than dress up the old club. Manor West had been completely remodeled. The center bar was removed and the boths are now rearranged to a nicer design with a platform to dance on. In addition, the small center dance floor was removed and there is now a huge dance area extending all the way to the back. As BOSS, I wouldn't have recommended the club. As Manor West, I definitely recommend the place!
