by Mark M. on My review is based on going when the place was shut down for a private party. Great food, good DJ, nice/speedy bartenders. I'm being generous since it was all free. If I was paying, I'd take it down to a three.
by Zena Coenen on This is a cool place to come and have some drinks and burgers after a nice Sunday afternoon soccer match. The servers are also way cool. Don't come during football season especially if you hate the San Francisco 49ers. The super fans can sometimes be annoying. Chill out buddy, its just a first down. Your team is like 4-12. It's not like Joe Montana threw a touchdown to Jerry Rice in the Superbowl.
by Karlene Haydal on My favorite bar in Atlanta. Why? Probably because I didn't feel like I was in Atlanta whenever I went there. Located off the main drags, Halo is one of those places with no sign outside. Perfect. Inside is a large split-level room with a long sleek illuminated marble bar. The first time I walked in, I thought, "Now THIS is my kind of place!" Definitely has a NYC vibe to it. As for the overpriced drinks, if I recall (difficult given we have to go back to my drunken college days) the drinks were like $6. Is that expensive? Maybe in Atlanta.
