This place is an amazing place to get your ears blown out by new and insanely great EBM/Industrial. We used to get a 'Bunker Bus' together and ride up from San Diego with a bug group of people, which was a great way to pre-party it up on the way there. Bunker was one of my first introductions to a bigger Industrial club in the states.  The outfits are great - though more industrial than fetish, and some just straight up ridiculous things to take pictures of and giggle at.  The music is amazing.  It's the kind of club you look forward to going to all week long just so you can dance your ass off.  And no one cares what you look like when you dance which is great for those people that can't really hold any kind of beat. ;) This is a great introduction into Industrial because they play the newest music and also have 2 additional rooms with other kinds of related music.  They have a room for those of you who like more of the old-school beats, and they also have a noise room.  I've heard the noise room is amazing, however since I'm not a big fan of that type of music, I can't justifiably rate it in any kind of unbiased manner. Either way, you know that you're going to a good club when some of the European artists mention it in their songs and frequent the place. Can't wait to go back and dance my butt off on my next visit to LA ;) Also, watch your tab if you're in the big main room getting served by the chick.  I've been charged varying amounts by her and had to note that the same drink is costing me more throughout the night in order for her to concede and give it to me for the actual price.  If you want a heavy pour, go downstairs to the noise room.

Highlands..once you've been there, you really have no need to ever come back. The venue is decently sized 3 - 4 different rooms that lead into one another.  The decor, ambiance and interior needs much work. Definitely not somewhere you'd want to take an out-of-towner. Not impressive at all. :( I'd pass and try one of the other bars/clubs along Hollywood Blvd or Sunset.
